3-Ingredient Nutritious Greek Yogurt Popsicles
Perfect for the warm summer months coming up, these nutritious yogurt and fruit popsicles are a simple treat with a nutritional punch that can be customized to include your favorite Terranova products!
What you’ll need for 10 popsicles:
- 350g plain Greek yogurt (or any dairy-free yogurt alternatives)
- 85g natural honey
- 310g fresh strawberries or your favorite fruit
- Your favorite Terranova powders or capsules
- Popsicle mold
- Popsicle sticks
- Blender
Instructions:
- Blend fruit until it becomes a puree, then pour into a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt and honey.
- Add 4 capsules of your favorite Terranova products into the fruit puree. We recommend our microflora, fresh freeze dried ginger, turmeric or matcha!
- Fold fruit puree into yogurt and honey mixture.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, add the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
- Makes 10 popsicles!
